About me

Sessions in person or through Zoom, FaceTime or Skype.

Self funded or through BUPA, AXA PPP or Aviva.

If you have found your way to my page the chances are that you are not feeling so great right now. Perhaps you know why this is; anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family problems, infidelity, alcohol/drugs or unhelpful behaviour patterns. Or perhaps it is a less definable feeling of dissatisfaction or disappointment with your life. Whichever of these describes your situation best, working with a therapist can be helpful.

Psychotherapy can help you:

  • work through anxiety and depression
  • improve/repair your relationships
  • change unhelpful patterns of behaviour
  • come to terms with distressing events, past or present
  • get the most out of life and increase satisfaction

I offer individual psychotherapy and couples counselling in an integrative way. This means I have trained in several different therapeutic approaches and can tailor my methods and exercises according to your needs. I work in comfortable private rooms in Leigh on Sea in Essex, SS9 2LP, a ten minute walk from Leigh station. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.
