Welcome to my profile and thank you for taking the time to find out more about me. You can see me in Whiteley or Fareham Monday to Friday. Daytime and evening appointments are available as well as some Saturday mornings.
Are you looking for some emotional support?
Do you need someone to talk to?
Have you lost someone or suffered a bereavement?
Do you want some help with your marriage or personal relationship?
Are you feeling depressed or anxious?
Are you feeling that no one understands you?
Are you feeling stressed?
Do you have low self esteem and confidence?
Would you like to talk to someone who will listen and support you without judging you?
If the answer to any of those questions is yes, then why not give me a ring on 07837 772558 or 01489 600468 or email me at Susie.email@example.com. We can then talk about what is worrying you and how counselling can help to make positive changes to your life. During the first session/assessment there is no obligation to continue with counselling if you don't feel it is right for you.
I have over 15 years experience of counselling adults, couples and young people. You can book an appointment to see me in Fareham at West St counselling centre, 11 West St, Fareham PO16 0BG or in Berber Close, Whiteley PO15 7HF in a summerhouse in the garden.
Appointments are available both daytime and evening, as well as some Saturday mornings.
I offer a safe, supportive, confidential and non judgemental counselling service and work from a Person Centred perspective. I have also trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Couples Counselling and Mindfulness. I work with individuals, couples and young people from age 12. The counselling sessions can be either short term (6 or 8 sessions) or longer term depending on your needs and this would be discussed at the session/assessment.
Please contact me by either phone or email if you're considering having counselling, or just to find out more about me and how counselling can help you. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
