About me

I am a psychotherapist/counsellor and EMDR trained therapist working with individual and couples in South West and Central London. I offer both short and long term therapy providing welcoming, non-judgemental and confidential environment.

Personal dilemmas and crises may present an opportunity not only to take stock of one's life but to rediscover strength, contentment, hope and joy.

During sessions, we will look into what brings you to therapy, where you are in life, where would you aspire to be, what obstacles are in the way for a more fulfilling way of being and what could be done to remove them.

“Self  knowledge is no guarantee of happiness but it is on the side of happiness and can supply the courage to fight for it", Simone de Beauvouir.

Therapy is an investment in you and your relationships. The understanding of oneself leads to uncovering new directions and fresh energy.

I work integratively, drawing from a few therapeutic approaches, employing ones most useful to the specific needs of each individual or couple. I have worked within the NHS, clinics and therapy centres as well as in private practice. I am UKCP registered psychotherapist.

Over the years of practice, people came into therapy with me for a number of reasons, among them anxiety, panic, phobias, generalised anxiety disorder, feeling sad, depression, postnatal depression, family issues, relationship issues, including divorce and separation, affairs and betrayals, disappointment, past and resent traumas, abuse, addictions, number of sexuality related concerns, health deterioration, low self-esteem, general feeling of being stuck and depleted.

Please feel free to contact me should you want to discuss further or/and book an assessment session.
