Are you struggling with depression? Are you feeling lonely, isolated or stuck? Do you need a safe space to talk and be heard? Contact me at Zarden Therapy for a non-obligatory consultation.
There are many reasons for seeking counselling. You may be feeling upset and distressed and have problems with your feelings, thoughts, relationships or behaviour. You may be facing a sudden life-crisis, struggling with an addiction, loss, divorce or struggling to resolve issues in your relationship. Prehaps you feel stuck in a difficult situation, feeling depressed and anxious or fearing the future. Whatever your concerns, whether an individual or couple, you will be offered time and a safe space to discuss your concerns.
As a humanistic/relational counsellor with a gentle approach, I aim to work with you to identify and explore the issues that are troubling you. Ultimately, it is a collaborative process encouraging movement to that which aligns with your specific needs and life path choices.
Research shows that the quality of the 'therapeutic relationship' is a fundamental aspect of the healing process and therefore finding the right 'fit' when choosing your therapist is important. Please feel free to contact me and ask any questions you may have without obligation.
Couples therapy offers a safe supportive space in which couples have the opportunity to explore their relationship difficulties. My aim in couples therapy is to identify and work together on the issues. If you are experiencing problems with communication, trust or betrayal due to an infidelity and/or lies, then couples therapy can offer an opportunity to explore difficult emotions in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Couples Therapy can help support healing and to gain new insights and perspectives on how to create a more positive space to live in together. This includes, enhancing communication for honest open dialogue, intimacy and connection as well as learning how to take care of your relationship after therapy has ended.
If you would like to know more about whether couples therapy is the next step for your relationship, then please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your needs or to book an initial session. I work from a comfortable and confidetial location in London SE6.
