Welcome, I am Chris. I counsel adults with a range of issues and draw on counselling models that suit your needs. I work in collaboration with you and encourage and support you in exploring choices and ways of coping that can alleviate distress and bring new life and energy.
I have had my own difficult life experiences from which to draw upon, and this has enabled me to reach out to others. This includes loss and bereavement, abuse, relationship and work issues.
I can do short or longer term counselling and receive regular supervision outside of the session to ensure that I am working safely and in your best interests.
