Katherine Moore MBACP Accred. Integrative. EMDR for PTSD. Supervision.
Are you depressed, angry, suffering with anxiety and wondering how you can carry on? Do you have relationship issues, or have you been bereaved? Maybe you are feeling low, depressed and cannot fully understand why?
Today, we live in a fast-paced, non-stop society where we are constantly looking at our phones and computers. When do you have the space just to be? When do you truly have the time to understand and reflect on what you need?
I offer a supportive, confidential, caring and professional counselling service near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Where else in your life can you be listened to unconditionally and without judgement? This may be the time for you to help yourself and invest in your future health. In life a person can tend to put their emotional needs last, but if you are depressed and unable to cope, it affects all areas of your life affecting work and relationships.
What are the goals you are chasing and what would make you happy in life?
What is it you need for your life to be anxiety free? The best way to decide if therapy is for you is to get in touch now and arrange an initial session.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
