About me

When we feel trapped we do not see our way out. This a very draining, isolating and painful experience which impairs our capacity to be creative.

Dramatherapy empowers people to get in touch with their own creativity and develop their inner strength in order to face and deal better with their difficulties.

It is a therapy in which the person is actively engaged in the healing process inviting people to take a playful attitude towards life.

When words are not enough to express what is felt I use creative media such as stories, OH cardas(www.oh-cards.com pictures, metaphors and drawings.
