Mandy Brewster (psychotherapist/counsellor/lecturer/abuse and trauma specialist)
I am an integrative practitioner with 7 years training and over 15 years experience. I offer brief time limited and longer term counselling/psychotherapy. I understand that people are all different and as such will base our work together in a way that suits you.
I offer a safe, accepting environment to help us to work together in a relaxed and equal way to encourage you to realise your undiscovered potential for a 'happier' life. The Main Focus in our work together is about moving forward and removing the blocks that stand in the way of progress, encouraging self awareness and recognition of self sabotage tendencies.
I am a lecturer and currently teach skills, studies and diploma courses in counselling.
