St Davids Wellbeing Centre
38 Nun Street
For individuals, I offer deep and soulful conversations that focus in helping you find yourself, fulfil yourself and grow yourself in this troubled and beautiful world. This might look and feel like counselling, coaching, psychotherapy, spiritual companionship or all (or none) of the above! You can find more details by going to my website and downloading my 2017 information sheet – http://www.21soul.co.uk/individuals/4582768173
I’ll be updating this to reflect 2018 changes soon.
My face-to-face work will take place at the St Davids Wellbeing Centre in Pembrokeshire – http://stdavidswellbeing.co.uk
If you’d like to work with me, please get in touch and we can talk about how, when and where. I can work with a combination of face-to-face meetings (depending on geography!), Skype, Facetime and online written soul coaching conversations. I also offer couple work for those who want to grow and deepen their relationship.
This might involve me working to support you in your wellbeing, spirituality, creativity, activism, art – or a combination of all these. You might also complement your therapy with one or more of my e-courses. You might also choose to undertake creativity coaching which will help you develop your own creativity, imagination and artistic practices – and I've worked with a number of writers, artists and creative practitioners over the years.
You’ll have my full attention and commitment while we’re working together. I have no magic answers on how to live – no ten point programmes or new-age therapy that will heal or offer a quick fix. What I do have is the experience of a life spent engaging – as fully as I possibly can – with my own work, relationships, community and soul, together with two decades of working as a professional helper – a counsellor, coach, psychotherapist and Spiritual Companion – working with hundreds of people.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked as a counsellor, psychotherapist, coach and facilitator for over 20 years. This work has taken place in numerous settings including workplaces, schools, GP surgeries, working for Relate, in private practice and in the community. I originally qualified with a counselling diploma (Oxford Brookes Univ), followed this up with an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy (Metanoia Institute), and have undertaken further trainings with Relate, the Spiritual Companions Trust and in EMDR, ecopsychology, writing for wellbeing, integral practice and mindfulness – to name just a few.
I undertake regular supervision with my colleague and senior therapist, Michael Soth - whose work you can read about at: http://counsellingpsychotherapycpd.co.uk/index.php and http://oxfordcounsellingpsychotherapy.co.uk
I trained at the Counselling Consultancy Oxford, Metanoia Institute, Relate and the Spiritual Companions Trust. I am also currently a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and part of the Spiritual Companions Trust - www.spiritualcompanions.org/
