Michael Alexander, Dip.Couns., BSc, MBACP
Welcome to my Counselling Directory Profile; My name is Mike and thank you for looking up my directory profile. Healing psychological pain whether from anxiety, depression, worry or trauma is a crucial part of my work.
My practice is in Crossgates on the high street. It is part of a therapy centre that includes acupuncture, chiropody and body treatments.
I can work with you on depression, anxiety, loss, confidence, low self esteem, sadness, feeling empty, post natal depression .
In addition I work with couples on their relationship when things are not going as planned.
Sometimes the balance between our working and family life seems out of step with our inner life. Talking through these issues is a way of beginning to restore the balance.
How do we respond to events in our childhood or adult life that have left a shadow that often comes back to us? I can help you work through these traumatic memories and the pain they still cause.
It may be anxiety, depression, loss of someone you love, low confidence and low self-esteem that has brought you to my site.
