I provide one-off consultations, short-term and longer-term therapy. The length of your treatment will depend on the complexity of your difficulties and your therapeutic goals. The first session is dedicated to an initial assessment of your difficulties. In our initial assessment session we explore why you decided to pursue therapy, what are your expectations of having therapy and what you would like to achieve by the end of your therapy.
Therapeutic relationship is paramount in order to make changes and feel safe in therapy. Therefore, there is no obligation to engage in treatment after assessment, if you do not feel that we can work well together to achieve progress.
