About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, counsellor, and clinical supervisor with over 10 years' experience of working as a Senior Counsellor & Clinical Supervisor in a major London NHS Trust,and in my own independent practice.
I can offer you one to one sessions across a range of areas and have extensive experience of working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loss, bereavement, disability, long term conditions, sexuality, Cultural, family and identity issues.
My experience is broad; I have lived and worked in 3 continents and bring an awareness of transcultural perspectives and how they impact our increasingly complex lives.
I can offer you a safe, confidential, and non judgemental space where, together, we can begin to make sense of your difficulties and how you would like things to change.
