Counselling/Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy. 25 years' experience in helping with stress and emotional issues. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship problems and work problems. I can help you overcome your difficulties and build confidence and optimism. Individual or couples sessions are available during the day or early evening.
Feeling sad or worried or exhausted? Is there something you are unable to put out of your mind? Are you finding it difficult to cope with your personal life or work? Maybe you are recently separated or divorced. If life is getting you down or you are feeling stuck, I can help.
My approach is CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) orientated. This can include
- talking about whatever is on your mind
- problem solving
- coping strategies
- relaxation techniques
- hypnotherapy if this is something you would like
I will listen to your concerns and support you in working on your problems and situations. We will work together on your issues. Together we will find ways of resolving or coping with your present problems and ways of putting problems from the past behind you.
Your confidence will improve and you will feel better about yourself and your life.
The only way to really find out how it will work for you is to come along and try it!
