Dr. Sandra Westland
I am an Integrative Existential Psychotherapist and Counsellor and have been in full time practice for 17 years, completing Masters and Doctorate Level training in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I have a philosophical base to my work which means I help people discover themselves and what matters to them and what dilemmas they are struggling with. Sometimes we need help finding out just what we value and live by and the meaning we give to our life events for change to occur and symptoms to be relieved. Presenting issues are internal conflicts and unexpressed emotions that need exploring and understanding.
I am also a qualified in EMDR, Hypnotherapy and Advanced NLP giving a variety of methods to help you gain the outcome you are looking for as well as offering supervision to other therapists.
