Adult Psychotherapist & Counsellor

About me

Do you have something in your life that you want to stop doing or overcome?

Do you want to feel happier, less anxious and/or more confident in your relationships?

Do you find yourself feeling lonely all the time, confused about life and overthinking possible causes or solutions?

I care about the wellbeing of others and like to help adults like you to feel better in themselves.  I do this because I enjoy enabling you to be the person you would like to be, to overcome anxiety, compulsions, insecurities or overthinking so that you can become the person you want to be and enjoy life to the fullest.

I achieve this by using a deep intuitive sense to understand what is going on for you and by applying various techniques to help you move forward and find answers.  We work together to resolve those things that stop you making progress or prevent you feeling happy and content.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

My therapy room is accessible by stairs or lift and is situated on the first floor of the Kington Medical Centre.
