Training, qualifications & experience
- MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling (City University)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling (School of Psychotherapy & Psychology, Regents' College, London)
- Accredited workplace mediator
- Bachelor of Law (Hons) (Wales)
My experience includes working at a University Counselling Service, Hampton Trust Mentoring programme, various Hampshire community counselling services, NHS Psychotherapy Service and private practice.
I am a non-practising certificate solicitor and deliver workplace mediation to employees working for companies that belong to an employers' federation.

I have many years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, dealing with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, suffering difficulties in their personal and family relationships and suffering a generalised anxiety disorder. My experience in legal practice has given me an appreciation of the demands of working in a pressurised environment.
