About me

My aim as a counsellor is to create a safe and accepting environment where people feel safe to talk about their problems. I work with a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety and relationships and have a particular interest in trauma and abuse. I do both short and long term counselling work and am happy to see clients aged 11 -18 as well as adults. I describe myself as an integrative therapist and, where clients find it helpful, I work with Christian spirituality and how this may impact our well-being. I welcome your call or email to discuss what help you may be looking for.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a postgraduate diploma in counselling from S. John's Nottingham. I am accredited with the Association of Christian Counsellors. I have also trained with deep release ( I have more than 30 years experience as a counsellor.
