Know Your Needs, Meet Your Needs.
Is this you?
- You care for others, always there when needed, always available to lend a hand or give support.
- You put the needs of others before your own, and feel selfish if you do something for yourself.
- You don't ask for help because you don't want to be a burden to others.
- You never say no, so are exhausted by fulfilling other peoples requests.
Does this sound familiar?
Looking after your own needs and caring for yourself isn't selfish, it's necessary - but hey... you already know that don't you?
What you don't know is how to actually go about it without feeling selfish, or guilty, or hurting other people's feelings.
