I am an experienced, qualified MBACP (Snr. Accredited Counsellor), BACP Registered Counsellor, FDAP Member as well as an experienced Supervisor of Counsellors. I am also a member of Pink Therapy.
I have worked for many years with individuals and couples in GP surgeries, including LGBT clients & same sex couples, serving military personnel & those adjusting to civilian life, offering a safe and confidential space to tentatively explore their feelings in a trusting, empathic understanding relationship, creating an opportunity for self- discovery and personal development. I have an established private practice for 20 years.
I offer a confidential service for a wide range of emotional distress, mental health issues and specific difficulties for individuals or couples including:-
Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Abuse & Trauma, Bereavement, Separation, Loss, Relationship difficulties, Life changing events, Illness, Sexual indentification/orientation problems etc. Men's issues.
Life can be a struggle at times & we all need to talk to someone to offload our thoughts & feelings outside of our families/friends etc as we find it difficult to cope. Counselling offers you that opportunity.
If you would like to give me a call to discuss I will be pleased to talk with you.
