I work regularly with anxiety offering not only support but the tools to manage your thoughts which create the anxiety. I offer confidentiality and trust whilst working with you in a person centred way. With twelve years of experience working privately and within an EAP setting I work with couples and individual clients and can offer telephone counselling or video if in person support is not for you. I work within the NCS guidelines and adhere to their ethics.
I also work with work related stress and depression, relationship issues and bereavement. Whilst I am Person Centred trained, sometimes I will include CBT methods in my sessions. I like to adapt my work to suit each individual client.
I will offer you space and time to explore yourself and your issue and we will work at your pace at all times.
