Welcome, finding the right therapist for you can be daunting, particularly when achieving a therapeutic alliance is an important part of the process. It can be essential to get into the deepest roots of any issue and for creating safety, understanding and rapport. That's why I offer an initial consultation to explore these issues and your needs in person.
I work in an integrative and holistic way incorporating theories such as person centred, humanistic and psychodynamic. I have learned to listen carefully to all forms of communication and over many years of experience to facilitate a unique therapeutic process tailored to the individual and the work we need to do together. The aim is often to achieve some change through insight, growth and healing, as indicated by the issues you bring to therapy.
