I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with an established practice in south London.
The foundation of my approach is to listen to you and help you express yourself in a non judgemental environment. This expression can encourage clarity, release any negative feelings that may have been in place and together we can challenge any unrealistic perceptions.
Our work together is then developed to provide you with a better understanding of yourself and your influences. From this you have the potential to sense why you have found yourself in difficulty. This personal understanding has the potential to encourage movement at a deeper level and provide the change that you seek.
A significant aspect of my work as a counsellor and psychotherapist is that I relate to and work with my clients. I interact with them to allow them to be themselves, yet also challenge and empower them to put in place this change.
Working with a counsellor is a very personal experience and one of the major influences in the success of the work is the interaction between client, counsellor and the environment. So if that works there is a reasonable chance that the work will be beneficial. So if you are considering working with me, just telephone me, send me an email or leave a message on my web site. We can then talk to see if there is potential for us to work together to help you with your difficulties.
