I am trained and experienced in person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused techniques and hypnotherapy and I work in an integrative way to provide the best counselling approach for you.
In addition to my counselling work with individuals I provide a tailored employee assistance programme for businesses and I am a supervisor for other counsellors. Outside of private practice I work for local charities as a counsellor and counselling supervisor.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their Ethical Framework.

Counselling appointments are charged £30 for an introductory session and then £45 for subsequent counselling sessions
Fees for businesses will be provided on request dependent on your specific tailored requirements
Supervision charges start at £55 for a 90 minute session with discounts for trainee counsellors
Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available
