I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor working in private practice and for a national charity. I am trained in a number of modalities and offer an integrative approach so I can tailor the therapy to meet your specific needs.
In addition to my counselling work with individuals I provide a tailored employee assistance programme for businesses and I am a supervisor for other counsellors. Outside of private practice I work for a national charity as a counsellor and for local businesses via employee assistance programmes.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their Ethical Framework.

I offer an introductory counselling session at £30 so that I can answer any questions you may have and you can decide if you feel comfortable working with me. Each subsequent counselling session would then be charged at £50. Discounted rates are available if paying for a group of sessions upfront.
Fees for businesses will be provided on request dependent on your specific tailored requirements
Supervision charges start at £40/hour (£60 per 90 minutes) A 25% reduction in fees is available for trainee counsellors.
Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available

Sorrel Bank is conveniently located 2 miles from Manchester city centre and is easily accessible from the motorway network and the East Lancs road
There is free, secure parking at the front and rear of the building for all visitors
There is a bus stop outside and buses 8, 36, 37, 67 and 100 drop off and pick up here. If travelling by tram take the Eccles line to Langworth tram station, walk straight up Langworth Rd, turn right at the top of the road and Sorrel Bank is a few minutes down on the right hand side
