John Drouot BSc, MBACP (Accred)
45 Bekesbourne Lane
I am a well experienced and qualified Counsellor who is an accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I work with adults, children, parents and couples.
I offer my clients an empathic and supportive way that helps them think about and resolve their struggles. People are complex and I am always interested in the full range of issues that trouble my clients. Typical issues that people see me for are relationships, depression, anger management, anxiety, conflict, bereavement and self-confidence.
My approach to people and their difficulties is based on a core of a psychotherapy called Transactional Analysis. This can be a cognitive and behavioural therapy but allows, when necessary for much deeper work.
