Kath Bradbury MBACP
Feeling life is an uphill struggle, anxious or depressed and needing someone to talk to?. You don't need to be alone. Taking this step to contact me will be the most difficult part.
Whatever your problem.. counselling can help.
I have been a counsellor since 1994 and have a wide range of experience, offering a welcoming and professional, confidential and supportive counselling tailored to meet your needs. I offer long or short term work and have an integrative approach based on a psychodynamic training. This approach allows for the exploration of the past plus an additional emphasis on helping clients think about their problems in new and more empowering ways improving self esteem and self confidence. Some issues can be resolved in 6 to 12 sessions. Solution focussed counselling may be appropriate. Deeper issues may take a longer time.
I am an experienced relationship counsellor and have a special interest in family dynamics.
If you need someone to listen and honour your feelings and help you work them through to resolution , contact me.
