About me
Transform yourself and fulfil your potential with a highly trained practitioner. We will work on themes you bring to the session, as well as ways to approach life more creatively.
Has your quality of life and sense of well-being ever been diminished as a result of low self-esteem and a critical self-image?
Would you like your mind and body to be in balance in a way that improves your relationship with yourself and others? If so then this may be for you.
Tina has a private practice near Turnpike Lane N8.

UK Council for Psychotherapy
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This could address any issues you are facing at this particular stage of your life, relationship issues, low motivation, poor self-esteem and issues to do with weight, or any other very sensitive internal processes. Tina offers in-depth understanding of complex relational patterns that can enhance or diminish our relationship with self and others.
