Time Management for Kids and Adults Alike
Time Management Tips:
- Brain can’t concentrate for more than 45 – 60 minutes at one go.
This means that one should take SHORT regular break of no more than 15 minutes. A 15 minute break can’t consist of watching TV, phoning friends, going on facebook, as we all know that all these take much more than 15 minutes!!
- Plan ahead
- SPORT is very important.
- Time yourself.
- Find a distraction free space.
- Be realistic – don’t overdo it.
- Change subjects
- Prioritize your work
*Hw and Studying includes 10 – 15 minutes break
** Sleep: Lack of sleep reduces concentration and therefore it takes longer the day after to complete a task.
Helping at home: Being independent when you’re older means that you can take care of yourself. You can only achieve that by learning how to take care of the house and yourself.
