Imagine what a difference talking ”talking therapy” could make. Learning more and more about harnessing and focusing your ability to stand back and notice what’s happening in your mind and in your body and understand how current thoughts, emotions, feelings, affect all of our reactions and decisions.

Imagine stopping... pressing the pause button... getting off the mischief merry go round and bringing instead compassion and wisdom to current problems. Imagine knowing how aspects of your mind can bring out the best or worst in you and knowing that the human brain responds equally efficiently to cruelty and criticism as it does to kindness and affection.

For me, knowledge makes the difference. How we use this knowledge to soothe, to feel safe, to come to know our ourselves was and is key. Imagine... talking to a counsellor who knows what that difference can make!
