Supervision Profile
I have over ten years experience working as a supervisor with individuals and groups, both in person and over the telephone. I use a person-centred, humanistic, creative and practical approach to supervision. I once heard ideal supervision described as a warm bath combined with a cold shower and this is what I endeavour to offer my supervisees nurturing, comforting support combined with invigorating and, at times, challenging exploration of their work.
