Supervision Profile
I work as an Intergrative Supervisor and employ a variety of techniques in order to work effectively with my supervisees. I consider the consultative nature of supervision to be key for the support of clients and counsellors. I have a supervisor to inform my supervison and I find this consultation important in providing a professional service.The nature of the work which counsellors do is demanding and the need for confidentiality although vital can impose stress which regular supervision can alleviate.
