Offering counselling supervision to counsellors/ counsellors in training. Day and evening availability at my Aberdeen practice.
I offer to work with you in a person centred way, aiming to develop your counselling skills and your confidence in your counselling work, while drawing on supervision models from either person-centred theory or the meta theory of pluralistic counselling, according to your personal preference. Person-centred supervision holds that the supervisee has the resources to develop as a counsellor and provides an environment in which the supervisee can be open to their experience and fully engaged with their client.
I am a tutor on counselling skills courses at the University of Aberdeen and have 12 years of experience in teaching and lecturing, to enable individuals to fulfil their potential. I am also a counsellor in private practice, working with adults and young people - see main profile. Also available for EAP sessions.
