Hello, my name is Roz and I have over fifteen years of face to face experience, helping men and women in difficulties and crises.

I provide an experienced team of professional, caring therapists who will support you through those difficult times, when you need more than a good friend. We know just how difficult it can be, to take the first step to open up and trust someone, with what might be your deepest innermost secrets.

And so I will take your call or email, and patiently listen and guide you through the process. I can arrange a thirty minute meeting, free of charge, where I can answer your queries and help you make an informed decision about starting therapy. There is no obligation.

COUNSELLING For those times in our life when we need a trained, experienced, unbiased ear. And learn coping strategies for life. When our self esteem seems low, we can become anxious and feel somewhat chaotic inside. Then we can start to feel a bit down, possibly tearful and even depressed. Without trained help, we can stop functioning properly; unable to sleep, eat properly, socialise or work. Medication can help to an extent but without talking about our difficulties, we can stay stuck.

COACHING For work and life transitions. Career change, getting back to work, redundancy, retirement.
