Personal experience of counselling by Emma

Counselling has helped me work through and understand emotions that were really confusing for me, just talking to a trained professional who is un-involved with my life was so therapeutic. There are times when it is those people who you would normally talk to about your issues who are the cause of the problem and sorting out the root of my feelings before getting into a discussion with my family was far more constructive and avoided hurting anyone necessarily, a counselling session is a safe place to unload, and you can walk away feeling a little lighter, and hopefully a little wiser about yourself.
