Personal experience of counselling by Sandie

I am on the last phase of my counselling and am so glad I did it, I have a brilliant counsellor who I've connected with very well, she seems to get me and has helped me so much.

It has been really hard work personally and really tiring but worth all the effort, time and money. I would not hesitate to seek help again, it has changed me and my family for the better.
