Working with your inner child
Getting in touch with our wounded inner children can be scary when it lets out feelings of fear, anger, pain, and sadness. But listening to the child-parts allows us to integrate more parts of ourselves over time. It takes time and is not to be rushed.
In addition, we need to re-frame and re-order our worldview. While we were growing up, we had a distorted view of the world we lived in. Listening to the inner child part of us and re-orienting our reality to include the knowledge of abuse is huge, its life-changing, but also a lot to ask.
This workshop will show you ways of working with the inner child, so he or she can have a voice, have feelings validated and feel safe in the world. Feel he or she is important, feel loved and not to feel separate or hidden from you, but deserves to be a very important part of you.
