Working on dreams: A Gestalt approach
Dreams can be understood to be the most spontaneous expression of human existence. The approach to dreaming in this workshop identifies every aspect of the dream as your personal road to self-discovery. No matter what kind of dreamer you are, you can learn to let your dreams speak to you in a way that can offer meaning and enlightenment with your own existential messages in life.
The day will provide an exciting opportunity to explore Gestalt psychotherapy and dreams with lively theory, insightful experiential exercises and 'live' dream work.
All welcome including trainee and qualified counsellors / psychotherapists who want to develop expertise in working on dreams within a non interpretative and meaningful therapeutic framework.
Please book early if you want a place - numbers are limited.
Registration forms: firstname.lastname@example.org (please feel free to contact me with any questions).

'I really enjoyed the workshop - I was so happy to be able to have first hand experience exploring my dreams. I never for one minute thought I would be overcome with all that emotion. It was such a powerful experience, I can only hope that I can be that successful with my clients one day.'
- Lorraine Tyler (Counsellor)
'An important change in the direction of my life came about through my meeting with Alan Leach; the result is that a whole new world of joy in my work has opened up, and I have gone from strength to strength. Alan’s skill as a therapist has proved a key turning-point to me.'
- Audrey Dunne (Poet and Author)
