This is a powerful workshop, designed to enable participants in a supportive group setting to explore their feminine psychology, spirituality and development. We will explore past experiences to allow participants to own their 'stories', and by doing so to help recognise and own painful experiences rightfully as badges of wisdom, courage and strength.

In this experimental workshop you will be able to work on and ‘tell’ your stories visually using creative materials to decorate a coat, which you will then be encouraged to wear and share your stories with the group.

“A scapecoat is a coat that details in painting, writing, and with all manner of things pinned and stitched to it all the name-calling a woman has endured in her life, all the insults, all the slurs, all the traumas, all the wounds, all the scars” - Pinkola-Estes.

The workshop, inspired by women who run with wolves, draws on feminine archetypal knowledge and wisdom. Working in this way in a supportive group will help to access your inner ‘wild’ self to heal, integrate and celebrate your ‘battle’ scars. Coat and all materials are provided.

A healthy and nourishing buffet lunch, refreshments and fresh juices will also be provided as part of this nurturing experience.
