In this experiential one-day workshop you'll be sensitively introduced to ways of working creatively and expressively in therapy, drawing on aspects of Eugene Gendlin's focusing.

We will explore this through:

  • Connecting with the richness of your inner world.
  • Exploring aspects of non-verbal communication.
  • Using art and craft materials.
  • Playful connections.
  • Space to explore incorporating this into your practice.

'We can only really begin to accompany somebody else in their process when we truly know where we are.'
