We all go through periods when it all gets "too much" and we become overwhelmed with the stressors we encounter in our daily lives, work-related stress, anxiety, feeling sad, loss of confidence, low self-esteem etc. The first thing to suffer is our sense of well-being and our ability to take care of ourselves.
The well-being circle provides an opportunity to learn how to manage your reactions, take care of yourself and redress the balance. Using a solutions focussed approach over six weeks you'll learn practical cognitive behavioural and mindfulness techniques you can use to improve your mental and emotional well-being. The emphasis will be on practical application. You will be able to apply what you learn in your everyday life and when you need it most, at work, on your commute, on the school run...
Each well-being circle is limited to four participants, you do need to have prior experience of any type of therapy or group work. The full course fee of £150 is payable in advance. There is another session from 12:00 to 1:00pm.
Please call me on 07795 681494 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your place.
