Understanding Your Eating
The ‘Understanding Your Eating’ course helps people understand how over eating can be driven by their emotions, not by hunger, and look at alternative ways of coping with stress or difficult feelings. The course helps people take back control, and get off the cycle of ‘yo-yo diets’.
