The well-being group
A weekly well-being group for anyone wanting to improve their life or learn how to manage emotions more effectively. This will alternate between an unstructured self help group and structured sessions focusing on simple techniques and tools to help improve your wellbeing.
This group runs every Tuesday at 1pm - 2.30pm. Please ensure you arrive at the start time for these sessions.
This group is run by a qualified therapist/counsellor.
About the host
This course will looks at different ways to manage both lifestyle and emotions, as well as discussing different topics we will cover areas such as confidence building, self esteem, relaxation and emotional release. Run by a well-qualified and experienced counsellor. The emphasis is on self help and fun!
