Stress Management for Life Workshop
We face many stressful situations in life – the demands of a heavy workload, the responsibilities of management and the pressure of family commitments to name but a few. Whatever is causing you stress you will benefit from this one day workshop, an opportunity to take time out and learn some practical tools to help you relax and handle stress more effectively. Kathleen Lee Roberts, an experienced life coach with a Diploma in Stress Management will demonstrate a range of techniques to help reduce your stress levels:
