What is the Women's therapy group?

A weekly group for up to six women. The group is a chance to share and explore experiences, feelings and thoughts about ourselves and our lives. It gives opportunity to relate with others, gain insight and understanding about yourself.

How will it be helpful to me?

By developing greater awareness and understanding of ourselves, it can support living more fully and with more choice in how we live.

The group will help find ways to be aware of our emotions and develop a language to express them. It will be a space to explore and experience trust and communication. It will be a space to develop confidence and to think about how we value ourselves.

Who can join the group?

The group is for women who would like support with their mental health and well-being.
