Steps to serenity - a mixture of different therapies ranging from CBT, sophrology and reiki
Steps to serenity is a new group run by myself, Emma who is reiki trained, and Jenny who is a sophrologist. It is a group that has been created to help those who would like to become more self aware, and develop new skills which may help with stress, anxiety and depression. The aim of the group is to build a persons confidence and increase self esteem.
We demonstrate simple techniques which you can add to your daily life such as ways to develop coping strategies for stress, including hand-outs, simple relaxation and mediations exercises.
We offer regular taster sessions which last for two hours. However, for corporate organisations we can offer a package for three hours and come into the workplace or hire a suitable venue.
