Southampton psychodrama group
Warm-up theme: Our relationship with our physical self
This evening with psychodrama offers participants the opportunity to work on personal, relational and social issues. The methods are creative and interactive. A safe, confidential and an extremely supportive environment is set up in which people can explore challenging aspects of their lives. Psychodrama is not about acting but about being able to learn to listen and to portray the issues somebody entrusted the group with for processing, support and catharsis
