An exploration of what it means to be sexual
Starting from the premise that, as human beings, we are essentially sexual and all our relationships have a sexual element to them, in this workshop we will explore some of the earliest messages we received about our sexuality and how they continue to influence our perceptions of ourselves and our relationships in the present.
In the afternoon, we will be looking at current sexual experiences. Participants may be invited to submit questions before the workshop and these and other issues will be addressed during this session. Participants should be aware that this session will be explicit and some may find it challenging.
