Self-development through narrative change
In a therapeutic and safe environment, the aim of these sessions is to discover, unpack and re-write how you narrate your life in a selection of key areas - including social, professional and family settings. This will be done through a process of writing and dialogue.
In addition, during the sessions, you will be introduced to some therapeutic techniques and reflective journaling, which will be useful in supporting and increasing your self-awareness, during sessions and into your future.
During the sessions, we will explore themes of:
No previous experience of writing courses or counselling is required.
Writing is part of the workshop, but the aim is to enable your development rather than focus on spelling, grammar, handwriting or writing techniques!
The sessions can be done on an individual, couples or in a small group setting (maximum of three). The arrangement of sessions to be discussed with the host (some Saturdays will be available).

About the host
Kevin is a compassionate and qualified counsellor. He believes whole-heartedly that any person has the ability and resources within them to create the life they want.
He has explored writing fictional stories and has journalled from a young age. He looks to combine both counselling and writing in this workshop setting.
