This is a group workshop using psychodrama and action methods. Psychodrama allows us to repeat life situations, with group members taking roles and exploring what is really going on. Psychodrama offers the opportunity to practise new roles safely, see oneself from a new perspective, gain insight and to grow.
If you are new to psychodrama, then please contact myself by email or telephone to obtain further details and to feel comfortable about this method before coming along. Even if you have experienced psychodrama before, please contact me as I prefer to speak to everyone who attends.
We will have a safe and cohesive group, with a maximum of seven members so that everyone has enough time and space.
The subjects covered will be chosen by the group members on the day. For example, people may choose to look at their relationships, which could mean their relationship with their neighbour, family, work colleagues, or their cat or dog.
People who have attended previous days found the workshop both satisfying and fun. They were surprised how much could be explored during a single day.
