Relaxation and centring space (mindfulness)
Tuesdays at 10am for 1.5 hours
Loosely based on mindfulness, this space will have some short guided meditations with relaxing music
I will also bring Centring practices and suggestions and discussion.
Lets work out how to be more "with" life, together.
Event timing will be 10am for about 1.5 hours the space will close at 12noon.

About the host
As a holistic (mind, body, spirit and emotions) experienced counsellor I will be utilising for this workshop I will use my experience of:
Men's and couples encounter groups.
Physic development groups.
My experience as a counsellor and my on going development and desire to be more present to life.
