Reflective practice is recognised as a valuable tool for personal and professional development and for enhancing professionalism, safe practice and well-being in the workplace. Skilled reflective practice facilitators are a valuable asset to many public and private organisations.

Drawing on our experience and expertise we offer a unique and highly effective one-day specialist training for those who want to set up and facilitate reflective practice groups.

Attending this training will provide you with the theory and framework as well as the skills, knowledge and confidence to set up and facilitate reflective practice sessions in your organisation or as a private service.

The course is suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists, managers, nurses, doctors and any healthcare/care practitioners.
