The aim of the session is to:

  • Raise awareness of the risk and protective factors that influence resilience with young people and children
  • Consider the importance of positive self-esteem and ways in which adults can help increase young peoples and children's self-esteem.

Lunch is free and will be served at 12:00 before the session begins at 13:00.
